We don&#039;t see the whole picture, but God is constantly dropping little nuggets of things that are to come. If you&#039;ve ever had that realization months later, I ask you to listen a little harder today. And when you see it come into focus, take the opportunity to praise God, repent, act in the Spirit, or do all three! <\/p>\n<p><strong>Lukek 18:31-34 31\u00a0<\/strong>And taking the twelve, he said to them,\u00a0\u201cSee,\u00a0we are going up to Jerusalem, and\u00a0everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.\u00a0<strong>32\u00a0<\/strong>For he will be\u00a0delivered over to the Gentiles and will be\u00a0mocked and shamefully treated and\u00a0spit upon.\u00a0<strong>33\u00a0<\/strong>And after flogging him, they will kill him, and on\u00a0the third day he will rise.\u201d\u00a0<strong>34\u00a0<\/strong>But they understood none of these things.\u00a0This saying was hidden from them, and they did not grasp what was said.<\/p>\n<p>Following Jesus and enjoying life are not opposite ends of the spectrum.
