Life is hard. But God hears and God sees. We can turn and ask Him for the strength we need. And even if we fail or it breaks us, our trust is ultimately in God. He will restore us, either on this side of eternity or the other. Praise God all the more. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Peter 5:6-11\u00a0 6\u00a0<\/strong>Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,\u00a0<strong>7\u00a0<\/strong>casting all your anxieties on him, because\u00a0he cares for you.\u00a0<strong>8\u00a0<\/strong>Be sober-minded;\u00a0be watchful. Your\u00a0adversary the devil\u00a0prowls around\u00a0like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.\u00a0<strong>9\u00a0<\/strong>Resist him,\u00a0firm in your faith, knowing that\u00a0the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.\u00a0<strong>10\u00a0<\/strong>And\u00a0after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace,\u00a0who has called you to his\u00a0eternal glory in Christ, will himself\u00a0restore,\u00a0confirm, strengthen, and establish you.\u00a0<strong>11\u00a0<\/strong>To him be the dominion forever and ever.
